Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in upscale high-volume dining preferred.
• Knowledge of full-service dining environment preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player attitude.
• Previous restaurant experience; hospitality background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness of dining areas and beverage stations.
• Keep restaurant areas clean and organized including kitchen, servers, seating areas.
• Carry dirty dishes from dining room to kitchen.
• Sweep dining room floors regularly.
• Welcome guests and interact in a positive, friendly manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and assist with directions or information as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning according to schedule or as needed.
• Greet guests and offer water service and beverage choices.
• Change linens and reset tables properly.
• Adhere to environmental practices of the resort and company policies.
