Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking Restaurant Server Assistants for The Ra Ra Room, an Exclusive Members Only Club Fine Dining concept in downtown Phoenix. Join a premium hospitality team delivering high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time role pays $12.00 per hour and offers opportunities to develop guest service skills, POS proficiency, and teamwork with wait staff, bartenders, and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in fast-paced, high-volume service.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Food Handlers Card and Alcohol Awareness Certification required.
• Team player with clear, respectful communication.
• Ability to stand/walk and lift heavy objects.
• Proficient with POS systems, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in anticipating guests’ needs and ensure service meets expectations.
• Inspect dining room, table settings, chairs, floors, and safety.
• Check tables for Member satisfaction and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and specials.
• Pre-bus and bus tables during peak periods.
• Maintain availability for peak periods.
• Respond quickly to guest desires and requests.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Coordinate with wait staff, bartenders, and kitchen staff to elevate dining.
• Build knowledge of bar offerings to answer patron questions.
