Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Server Assistant to join our Talavera team, a signature Spanish steakhouse. You will help create exceptional dining experiences through attentive service and genuine hospitality, delivering food and beverages and maintaining beautiful table settings.

Shifts are typically part-time, with most work hours from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Wednesday through Sunday; candidate must have work authorization in the U.S. and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous Server Assistant experience required, with experience in a fine dining restaurant or luxury hotel/resort setting preferred.
• Physical stamina to remain on your feet throughout the shift and knowledge of basic food safety practices.
• Valid Maricopa County Food Handler Card required; wine, food, and spirits knowledge is a plus.
• A warm, service-focused approach with strong communication skills and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• The ability to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming dining experience, including water, bread, and butter service.
• Deliver food and beverages accurately while ensuring quality presentation and attentive service.
• Clear, clean, reset, and prepare tables with linens, china, glassware, and silverware for service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout dining areas, service stations, and support spaces.
• Support the team by refilling beverages, stocking supplies, and assisting colleagues to ensure seamless service.
