Job summary

Bar Sprezzatura, part of the Makeready family, seeks a Server Assistant to support a fine-dining service in a high-volume environment at the Heathman Hotel. You will assist servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure flawless guest experiences.

We value hospitality, teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed during busy shifts while learning quickly about food, beverages, and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in fine dining or casual fine dining
• Exceptional communication skills
• Prior experience as a busser or server assistant in a full-service restaurant
• Ability to learn and retain information quickly
• Intellectual curiosity
• Ability to work clean, organized, and as part of a team
• Move and lift up to 40 pounds
• At least 16 years of age
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
