Job summary

Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Miramar Beach, FL is seeking a courteous server to deliver food and beverages to guests according to our standards. You will work with team members to ensure a memorable dining experience that exceeds expectations.

The role requires high school education (preferred) and prior hospitality or fine dining experience. Knowledge of menu items and POS systems is a plus; training provided.

Qualifications

• High school education preferred.
• Prior experience in fine dining preferred.
• Prior hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain any government required licenses or certificates.
• Knowledge of food and beverage items.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests and provides beverage menu.
• Relays order to service bar and kitchen accurately and efficiently.
• Serves courses, according to additional requests, and determines when the meal has been completed.
• Performs cleaning and side work duties at the beginning and end of shift to ensure the restaurant is visually appealing, clean, and prepared for service at anticipated business levels.
