Westgate Park City Resort & Spa is seeking a polished server to welcome guests, explain menu items in detail, and help maintain a welcoming, seamless dining room in a fine dining setting. You will work with a close-knit team to ensure every guest feels valued and well taken care of, contributing to memorable mountain vacation experiences.

The role requires fine dining experience, extensive wine knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with weekend and holiday availability.

Job Description

Duties

• Welcome guests like old friends.
• Explain to guests about menu items in detail.
• Keep the bar and kitchen talking.
• Clean and prepare the dining areas.
• Serves patrons from chafing dish at table.
• Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed.
• Completes all assigned side works and special projects.
