Job summary

Baltaire in Los Angeles is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead shifts, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to Baltaire Service Standards. You will oversee service, food safety, and guest satisfaction, coordinating with the GM and AGM to maintain a high energy, guest-focused environment.

This role offers a salary of $80,000 to $90,000 per year, plus medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of guest-related experience in the food & beverage service or retail industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of ABC laws for the legal sale of alcohol.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of employees during the shift.
• Establish and maintain education regarding Service Standards and guest-focused hospitality.
• Align service focuses with GM and ensure team promotes education and development.
• Communicate with leadership via email, Slack, or verbally.
• Manage the restaurant atmosphere and ensure positive, energetic ambience.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all policies and regulations.
• Provide staff mentorship and coaching across the team.
• Assist with labor management and schedule efficiency.
• Handle required paperwork in an organized manner.
