Talk of the Town Restaurant Group in Central Florida is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead our fine dining establishment. You will drive guest satisfaction, refine service standards, and uphold an atmosphere of refinement and elegance.

The role requires exceptional leadership, culinary collaboration, and strong financial stewardship, with oversight of reservations, guest services, and events to consistently exceed guest expectations.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager in an upscale fine dining establishment.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, culinary arts, and wine appreciation.
• Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Ability to maintain composure and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a polished and elegant environment.
• Proficiency in reservation management and guest service software.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field (preferred but not required).

Responsabilidades

• Operational Leadership: Oversee and manage all aspects of the fine dining restaurant's operations, including staffing, reservations, guest services, and overall guest experience.
• Team Management: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of skilled professionals, including servers, hosts, sommeliers, and support staff.
• Exquisite Guest Experience: Deliver extraordinary dining experiences and address guest feedback promptly.
• Culinary Excellence: Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure exceptional dishes.
• Financial Management: Budgeting, cost control, and revenue management to enhance profitability.
• Wine and Beverage Program: Oversee the wine and beverage program with the sommelier.
• Health and Safety Compliance: Enforce health and sanitation regulations and maintain a clean environment.
• Special Events and Promotions: Plan events and wine pairings to attract discerning clientele.
• Staff Training and Development: Ongoing training to elevate service standards.
• Partnership and Networking: Build relationships with local vendors and suppliers.
