Thompson Hospitality, a leading restaurant group, seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to join L’Auberge Chez François in Great Falls, VA. You’ll lead front-of-house operations, mentor staff, and ensure a polished guest experience in a classic French dining setting.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to coordinate front and back of house, manage reservations, uphold service standards, and contribute to revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fine dining or upscale restaurant experience required.
• Hands-on leader with strong service standards.
• Ability to coach and mentor Front-of-House staff.
• Strong knowledge of menu, wine, and service standards.
• Experience managing reservations and guest flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front-of-House operations to uphold service standards.
• Be visible on the floor, ensuring warm, personalized service.
• Coach and develop servers, hosts, bartenders, and FOH staff.
• Coordinate with Executive Chef to align front and back of house.
• Monitor reservations, table flow, pacing, and guest experience.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor cost management.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and policy compliance.
• Foster a respectful, professional, team-oriented workplace.
