• Previous experience as a Prep Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and produce as directed by the chef or sous chefs.
• Uphold exceptional safety, sanitation, and organizational practices.
• Assist with unloading and storage of raw ingredients and supplies.

Skills

Previous experience as a Prep Cook in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment

Strong multitasking abilities

Ability to work efficiently in a team

Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods
