American Place Casino in Chicagoland’s area seeks a Line Cook for our fine dining steakhouse. You will perform daily preparation and service to meet the highest standards of quality and consistency while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years of fine dining experience, strong knife skills, and knowledge of health and sanitation regulations. Ability to work under pressure and collaborate with the kitchen team is essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous fine dining cooking experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation standards.
• Proper cooking techniques and knife skills.
• Food knowledge and culinary fundamentals.

Responsabilités

• Perform daily preparation and service in a fine dining steakhouse to ensure high quality and consistency.
• Assist with banquet prep and execution per Chef's specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow health and safety regulations.
• Support front-of-house with daily specials information and follow directives from supervisors.
