Job summary

Corvina Seafood Grill in Downtown Boca Raton is seeking a Line Cook to manage the line station, set up service, and plate menu items to our quality standards. You will communicate guest orders to the kitchen and maintain a clean, efficient workstation throughout your shift.

Ideal candidates show enthusiasm for guest satisfaction, can follow safety and sanitation policies, and stand for extended periods while lifting items up to 50 pounds. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift pots, pans, and items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform simple math calculations and understand units.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cook station and ensure proper setup.
• Receive and communicate orders; prepare and plate items to standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and station cleanliness.
• Explain specials to front-of-house and answer menu questions.
• Communicate orders to station cooks with accuracy and speed.
