Job summary

Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Line Cook to join our care-focused dining program in Marysville, WA. The role supports a fine dining experience, ensuring food quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.

You will work with the Director of Culinary Services and staff to prepare meals, follow recipes, maintain equipment, and assist with special events while building positive relationships with residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of cook experience in hospitality or healthcare.
• Food handlers permit as required by state law and/or company standards.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and production guides, cleaning schedules, and logs.
• Ability to engage with residents and build positive relationships with team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level culinary service and promote a fine dining experience.
• Coordinate with Culinary Services leadership to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
• Maintain kitchen, storage, and prep areas in clean, safe condition at all times.
• Open and/or close the kitchen as required and follow cleaning schedules.
• Ensure all food is received, stored, and prepared per company standards.
• Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
• Attend pre-meal stand-up in kitchen prior to meal service.
