Le Moyne’s Chophouse, located at The Admiral Hotel in Mobile, AL, is seeking a skilled Line Cook 2 to join our culinary team. You’ll support daily restaurant, bar, room service, banquet, and amenity operations with high-quality dishes and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cooking experience in upscale, fine-dining or high-volume settings.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and proper knife skills.
• Ability to read and follow recipes with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Set up and maintain hot and cold line stations.
• Execute meals, room service, banquets, and amenities as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and workstation.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health-code requirements.
• Communicate guest requests and kitchen needs to leadership.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and ordering.
• Help train new line and prep cooks.
• Collaborate with the Chef and culinary team to ensure consistency.
