LEV Restaurant Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a part-time Line Cook. The role focuses on preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to exacting standards, while maintaining sanitary kitchen practices and inventory control.

You will work closely with a skilled team in a fine-dining environment, following recipes, time plans, and quality guidelines to ensure excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow menu items and recipes accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork within a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of cooking methods and proper food handling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and garnish foods according to set recipes and plating diagrams.
• Maintain kitchen areas and adhere to Clark County Health Department standards.
• Complete daily menus and ensure proper food storage and labeling.
• Monitor quality and report issues to sous chef or supervisor immediately.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain knife skills per OSHA.
• Support Chefs, Cooks & Pantry in preparing all items to standard.
