The role requires 3+ years in fast-paced club/restaurant, culinary training preferred, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in fast-paced, high-end club or restaurant.
• Proficient in English reading/writing and communication.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Experience with à la carte service is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Follow opening and closing procedures as directed.
• Prepare items per guidelines, quality standards, and policies.
• Ensure proper food temperatures are maintained.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
• Support high-quality preparation, service excellence, and timely delivery.
• Ensure sanitation of utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools.
• Safely operate and clean kitchen equipment.
• Adhere to appearance and uniform standards.
