Job summary

Sexy Roman in Scottsdale, inside the W Hotel, is seeking a Line Cook to join a bold Italian kitchen. You will work across Garde Manger, Fry, Sautee and Grill stations, delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fine-dining restaurant or hotel cooking experience.
• Experience across Garde Manger, Fry, Sautee, and Grill stations.
• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Must be detail‑oriented, calm, and able to resolve problems with good judgement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute prep lists and POS tickets.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, FIFO and safety standards.
• Support the service team to ensure guest needs are met in a timely manner.
• Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes and adhere to recipes and timing.
