Job summary

Virginia Lutheran Homes, Inc., sponsoring Brandon Oaks, is seeking a part-time Dining Room Lead for the Independent Living dining room. You will work with the Dining Operations Manager and staff to uphold a fine dining atmosphere and ensure smooth service during meals, with emphasis on resident satisfaction.

Previous dining experience is strongly preferred; background checks and a seasonal flu vaccine may be required as part of the employment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in dining room supervision or food service preferred.
• Background checks and drug tests are required.
• Seasonal flu vaccination may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an atmosphere of fine dining in the Independent Living dining room.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures alongside Dining Operations Manager and hosts/hostesses.
• Ensure smooth operations during meal periods and high resident/guest satisfaction.
