Responsibilities

• Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with urgency, accuracy, and grace
• Know menu, ingredients, allergens, and plating; explain dishes precisely
• Communicate between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure smooth service
• Confirm seat numbers and courses to maintain service standards
• Maintain cleanliness in Expo and service stations
• Support reset, mise en place, and clearing as needed
• Participate in pre-service meetings and tastings
