Qualifications

• Experience in a fine-dining restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong math and seating chart management skills.
• Familiarity with the OpenTable reservation system.
• Punctual, dependable, and able to adhere to scheduled shifts.
• Warm, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must have Clark County Food Handler card and Alcohol Awareness Card.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing a warm welcome.
• Manage reservations and waitlists, recording information and confirming bookings.
• Seat guests across sections to balance service.
• Maintain accurate guest counts per station during shifts.
• Coordinate with service and bussing staff to meet guest needs.
• Relay messages promptly to the appropriate team member.
• Move tables and seating to accommodate party sizes.
• Keep host area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Explain the wait system to guests and provide estimated wait times.
