The role requires excellent customer service, clear English communication, and prior host or cashier experience. You will balance a bank, use the POS system, and maintain a tidy, welcoming dining area.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• One or more years' previous host/cashier experience.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift 15 lbs to chest.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to speak and understand English.

• Determine guest needs, provide information on seating status, take names and quote wait times accurately.
• Seats guests in the proper order of arrival.
• Accurate use of the dine-time seating system.
• Know all table numbers and the various sections of the restaurant.
• Accurate use of the POS system to close checks using a variety of payment methods.
• Balance a bank with a high level of accuracy.
• Completes all side work requirements.
• Continuously maintains a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees.
