World Equestrian Center Ocala Resort is seeking a Food Runner (Part Time) to join our upscale fine dining restaurant located inside the Equestrian Hotel. The role involves delivering prepared dishes to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy, and coordinating with wait staff to meet guest expectations.

Responsibilities

• Take prepared food to tables in a speedy, professional and accurate manner.
• Know all table numbers and sections.
• Ensure dishes match the ticket including modifiers and special requests.
• Check quality of plate presentation.
• Deliver correct food to the correct table number.
• Communicate with wait staff regarding requests and relay those to the kitchen.
• Communicate with wait staff regarding any incomplete orders/deliveries of food.
