The World Equestrian Center Ocala is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Food Runner / Busser to join the opening team at White Willow, our refined Asian dining concept inside the Equestrian Manor. This luxury, fast-paced setting requires a professional who supports seamless service and a sophisticated dining atmosphere.

As a Food Runner / Busser, you will ensure timely delivery of dishes, maintain pristine table settings, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience, reflecting our core

Qualifications

Experience in upscale dining is preferred.
Must maintain cleanliness and presentation.
Available for evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

Deliver dishes from the kitchen to guests with precision, care, and presentation.
Communicate with servers and kitchen staff for accurate, timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas during service.
Clear and reset tables promptly and discreetly.
Polish glassware, silverware, and tableware to uphold luxury standards.
Assist with water service, bread delivery, and other table-side support.
Monitor guest needs and respond with attentiveness.
Support private dining and events with setup, breakdown and service.
