Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a restaurant frontline professional to maintain a smooth flow of food from kitchen to dining room. You will support wait staff, deliver dishes with proper etiquette, and ensure hot foods stay hot while cold foods stay cold.

Ideal candidates have 2 years of fine dining experience, strong English communication, and a professional, honest demeanor. You’ll comply with safety standards and collaborate closely with expeditor and front-of-house teams.

Qualifications

• High School graduate preferred.
• 2 years front of house fine dining experience preferred.
• Literacy and fluency in English.
• Above average communication and interactive skills.
• Maintains a professional demeanor throughout service.
• Upholds highest integrity and adheres to regulated standards.
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and adheres to policies.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the prompt delivery of food from the kitchen to the dining room.
• Assists Waitpersons to ensure efficient service to guests.
• Delivers food to guests using fine dining etiquette.
• Delivers hot food hot and cold food cold.
• Familiarizes self with all food items on menus.
• Ensures food orders are correct before serving.
• Describes each dish when served.
• Monitors tables and is attentive to guests’ needs.
• Completes assigned side work as directed.
• Adheres to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintains excellent communication with expeditor, runners, and staff.
