Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Able to read and understand workplace language.
• Fast, accurate performance in a high-volume kitchen.

• Able to stand/move for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all china, glassware, silverware, cookware, prep equipment, and barware to the highest standards.
• Inspect items for cleanliness and quality; rewash or take corrective action when necessary.
• Maintain an organized dish area, ensuring steady flow and readiness for service.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Properly sort and store all cleaned items in a safe, secure, and organized manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas, including surface and equipment sanitation, trash removal, sweeping, and mopping.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Support the culinary team as needed to ensure smooth service operations.
• Work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
