• Cleans kitchen after preparation and serving while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized; stores food and supplies per standards.
• Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed; assists in production planning and ordering of food and supplies.
