Formación

• 2+ years of professional kitchen experience (fine dining preferred).
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and plating.
• Understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and plating consistency.
• Assist with station setup.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure timely service.
• Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
• Adapt to seasonal menu changes and special event menus.
• Perform other related job duties.
