• 1-2 years of prior kitchen experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques, knife skills, and station setup.

• Positive attitude and eagerness to grow as part of a skilled culinary team.

Responsibilities

• Execute prep and service on an assigned station with consistency and attention to detail
• Support smooth kitchen operations during service by maintaining communication and pace
• Uphold standards in food quality, presentation, timing, and sanitation
• Assist with daily prep, inventory tasks, and receiving orders as assigned
• Help mentor junior cooks and contribute to a collaborative, professional kitchen culture
• Follow recipes, plating guides, and kitchen procedures to support overall consistency
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your stations and shared workspaces
