What You’ll Do:
  • Prepare and Store Meals: Follow recipes, alert Chef to changes, batch cook for freshness, and comply with HACCP standards.
  • Monitor and Record: Maintain cooling charts, record temperatures, and ensure food safety.
  • Maintain Hygiene: Demonstrate proper handwashing, glove usage, and maintain a clean environment.
  • Label and Store Food: Label all items with use‑by dates and ensure proper storage.
  • Assist with Meal Service: Prepare accurate meals on time, and maintain consistency and quality.
  • Clean and Sanitize: Complete daily cleaning, sanitize equipment, and change sanitizing buckets every two hours.
  • Collaborate with Team: Work with servers and attend meetings.
  • Follow Policies: Complete duties in eight hours, wear proper uniform and shoes.
Requirements
Qualifications You Bring:
  • High School graduate or GED
  • Five years prior experience and/or culinary training desirable
  • Experience organizing workloads and meet time deadlines.
  • Physical qualifications: lift 50#, standing for long period on hard surfaces, walk long distances and able to bend, reach and grasp objects, push carts up to 100#
  • Experience operating equipment safely and demonstrate knife safety at all times.
  • Mandatory Requirements: Be prepared for mandatory physicals, drug tests, and background checks as part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive environment
Work Schedule:
  • Full‑Time, 11:30 AM -7:30 PM Monday to Friday, and Every other weekend. —perfect for balancing your career with life’s other joys!
