The French Laundry, part of the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group in Yountville, seeks a Concierge/Reservationist to expertly handle guest inquiries and reservations. Weekend and holiday availability is required to uphold the restaurant’s high service standards.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in fine dining and will excel at guest-facing communication while coordinating with management to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar fine dining environment.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.
• Strong guest-facing communication and service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Competently utilize the reservations system for appropriately facilitating reservations and guest placement.
• Communicate with manager to ensure the most pleasurable dining experience possible for guests and alert management to any guest dissatisfactions.
