Job summary

Wynn Resorts in Las Vegas is seeking a Bus Person to maintain dining room flow and cleanliness, assist servers with clearing and resetting tables, and support beverage service. You will work in a quiet, efficient, and organized manner, upholding health and sanitation standards as outlined by policy and practice manuals.

The position requires 1–2 years of experience in fine dining, 21+, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to obtain required work cards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a busser or similar role in fine dining or upscale hospitality.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain/maintain Clark County or Nevada work cards and licenses.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English; another language is a plus.
• Highly organized, able to set, clear, and reset tables efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Set dining tables with linens, silverware, and glassware per standards.
• Polish and maintain glassware, silverware and flatware.
• Restock utensils, napkins, glassware and supplies during service.
• Assist with water service and non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee and teas.
• Clear and reset tables with silent service standards.
• Assist with pre-bussing and table maintenance; follow floor plans.
• Maintain guest experience with warmth and professionalism.
• Attend training sessions and pre-shift briefings; support seamless service operations.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards; work in a smoking environment.
