Job summary

Wynn Las Vegas is seeking a Bus/Runner to support daily dining operations in the Employee Dining Room. You will help clear and reset tables, assist with service, and maintain a clean, organized work area while upholding Wynn Las Vegas service and sanitation standards.

This non-tipped, hourly role requires at least 21 years of age, English communication, and the ability to obtain required work cards and a Health Card. We encourage teamwork and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year restaurant, cafeteria, food service, busser, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required work cards and Health Card.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset dining tables promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with carrying food, beverages, trays, and other service items between service stations and guest areas.
• Conduct ongoing table maintenance, including water and beverage service in a courteous, organized manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Employee Dining Room, service stations, and surrounding areas.
• Stock and replenish dining room supplies, including utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages, and service ware.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Support servers, cashiers, cooks, and supervisors to ensure efficient service flow.
• Remove trash and transport dirty dishes to designated areas while maintaining sanitation.

The Bus/Runner in the Employee Dining Room is responsible for supporting daily dining operations by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, assisting with food and beverage service, clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring employees receive exceptional customer service. This role works closely with the culinary and service teams to provide a clean, welcoming, and efficient dining experience while upholding Wynn Las Vegas service, safety, and sanitation standards. This position is non-tipped and paid on an hourly basis.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset dining tables promptly and efficiently throughout service periods.
• Assist with carrying food, beverages, trays, and other service items between service stations and guest areas.
• Conduct ongoing table maintenance, including water and beverage service in a quiet, courteous, and organized manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Employee Dining Room, service stations, beverage stations, and surrounding areas.
• Stock and replenish dining room supplies, including utensils, napkins, condiments, beverages, and service ware.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Ensure all tables, chairs, and dining areas are properly arranged and maintained according to department standards.
• Support servers, cashiers, cooks, and supervisors to ensure efficient service flow.
• Remove trash, transport dirty dishes to designated areas, and maintain sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor dining areas and proactively address operational needs to maintain a positive employee experience.
• Adhere to all Southern Nevada Health District requirements, company policies, and departmental procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold Wynn Las Vegas service standards in all interactions.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• Minimum one (1) year of previous restaurant, cafeteria, food service, busser, runner, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to provide friendly, professional customer service to employees and internal guests.
• Basic knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain all required work cards and certifications, including a valid Health Card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
