Qualifications

• Experience in fine dining or high-standard service environments is preferred but not required.
• Great attention to detail and pride in keeping an immaculate dining room.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-standard service settings.
• Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Learn, clean, and reset tables promptly and precisely to service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas.
• Support servers and food runners with table maintenance, water service, and guest needs.
• Refill water glasses and assist with bread service or table enhancements as directed.
• Ensure proper table settings, linens, and alignment before and during service.
• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to support service flow and timing.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards consistently.
