Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or fine-dining experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining an immaculate dining room.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-standard service environment.
• Professional demeanor and a team-oriented mindset.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Learn, clean, and reset tables promptly and precisely to Arlo’s service standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas.
• Support servers and food runners with table maintenance, water service, and guest needs.
• Refill water glasses and assist with bread service or table enhancements as directed.
• Ensure proper table settings, linens, and alignment before and during service.
• Communicate effectively with the front-of-house team to support service flow and timing.
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards consistently.
