The Crescent Hotels Group in San Antonio is seeking a Busperson to support our luxury dining service. You will maintain tables, support service staff, and uphold high standards of etiquette and mise en place to ensure a refined guest experience.

Ideal candidates have a professional demeanor, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs while working in a fast-paced, upscale setting. Prior experience is preferred and certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Professional demeanor with excellent communication in English.
• Guest-focused approach with discretion and grace.
• Knowledge of fine dining table settings and etiquette.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver through a busy dining room.
• Capability to push service carts weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Well-groomed appearance and impeccable hygiene fit for luxury hospitality.
• Dependability, punctuality and strong teamwork.
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Table Maintenance & Presentation: Clear used tableware and reset tables per fine dining standards.
• Station Readiness: Keep service stations stocked and organized for staff and guests.
• Guest Engagement: Greet guests warmly and ensure attentive service throughout the meal.
• Back-of-House Coordination: Transport soiled items to stewarding area, maintain cleanliness.
• Team Collaboration: Support colleagues and dining service operations.
• Additional Responsibilities: Perform tasks as requested by Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations.
