Job summary

Cliff Castle Casino Hotel is seeking a dining room attendant to help clear tables, reset service areas, and assist servers in a fine dining venue. You will rotate bus carts, maintain cleanliness, and support catering events as needed.

Eligibility to work in the U.S. is required, with food handlers and alcohol service certifications preferred. Must be 18+ and available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dining establishment preferred.
• Must present a clean, well-groomed appearance and demeanor.
• Professional Licenses & Certifications: food handlers and alcohol service certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clear used items from tables and transport items to the kitchen.
• Reset tables with silver and tableware, replacing soiled linens as necessary.
• Rotate and empty bus carts.
• Ensure cleanliness of tables, chairs, and floors.
• Deliver and replenish non-alcoholic beverages as requested.
• Assist servers with food delivery as requested.
• Assist with catering events as requested.
• Complete side-work as directed.
• Perform other tasks as directed.
