Food runner duties involve coordinating with the expo, prepping stations, and delivering plates accurately to guests. High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Food runner duties: coordinate with expo, prep stations, organize plates on gueridon, deliver food to tables and identify plates correctly.
• Seasoned backwaiter/food runner can transition between these roles.
