Job summary

Restaurant Associates in New York, NY is hiring a full-time Breakfast Server Assistant at Marcel, 945 Madison Ave. Shift from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, weekends required. Prior fine dining experience is required to ensure high standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

Previous fine dining experience is required.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
Delivers orders to the table and buses tables.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
Abides by all Company policies and procedures including safety guidelines.
