Compensation

Fixed pay rate: $11.35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly and warmly greet guests, take food and beverage orders efficiently, and follow established steps of service.
• Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining food handling and sanitation standards.
• Understand menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets; advise guests accordingly.
• Coordinate with back‑of‑house staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Generate and process tickets, ensuring proper cash‑handling procedures.
• Promote a clean, safe, and neat dining environment.
• Address complaints promptly and communicate relevant information to supervisors.
