Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a part-time Bartender for our Fine Dining Restaurant outlets. You will mix and serve cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages, maintain bar cleanliness, and interact with guests in a cordial and gracious manner in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of high-volume bartending, and a Mixology certificate; TIPS and sanitation certifications preferred.

• TIPs and Sanitation certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks per recipes.

• Provide courteous, professional service and handle guest interactions gracefully.
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and safety policies.
