Job summary

Hard Rock International's Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a part-time Bartender for our Italian Restaurant outlets. You will mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks while maintaining high cleanliness standards and delivering a cordial guest experience.

Essentials include a high school diploma or GED with a Mixology certificate, at least two years of high-volume bartending, and familiarity with cash handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Mixology certificate preferred.
• Minimum of two years in high-volume bartending.

Responsibilities

• Prepares all drinks in accordance with established recipes.
• Serves guests and servers according to established policy.
• Responsible for checks issued to him/her and acts as a cashier in front and service bars.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Demonstrates professional conduct and ensures responsible gaming and alcohol service as required.
