Job summary

Stonebridge Golf & Country Club in Boca Raton, FL seeks an experienced Bartender / Fine Dining Server to join our private club’s Food & Beverage team. The ideal candidate brings energy and enthusiasm for high-end service in a fast-paced setting, with flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include greeting Members, taking orders, managing drink service via Jonas POS, and ensuring accurate billing and seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in private country club or fine dining.
• Flexible schedule including lunch and dinner, weekends/holidays.
• Friendly, outgoing, and quick with a smile.
• Extensive knowledge of drink preparation or service.

Responsibilities

• Greet Members by name and guests in the Lounge and assist with menu selections.
• Record orders through POS with proper table and seat numbers.
• Check identification for alcohol service as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of dining and service areas; attend to side work.
• Report complaints to management promptly and follow through on commitments.
• Perform opening/closing duties and participate in mandatory staff meetings.
