Job summary

The Cypress of Charlotte is recruiting a hospitality-focused Bartender to join our fine dining culinary team on a full-time basis. This role handles bar service in the Community cocktail lounge and requires open availability, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Pay is $19–$20 per hour, based on experience, and the schedule varies up to 30 hours a week. Located in Charlotte, NC, we offer a resort-style environment with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow within a premier Life

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience bartending in a hotel, restaurant or club with fine dining preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Courteous and gracious service to residents and guests.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders and provides courteous bar service.
• Clears tableware after service.
• Cleans glassware and distributes ashtrays.
• Stocks and rotates supplies.
• Prepares garnishes and snack trays.
• Maintains documents for resident and guest charges.
• Assists with inventory and high customer service.
