Responsibilities

• Adheres to liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Sets up bars and stocks beer, wine, spirits, glassware, and supplies.
• Maintains stock and prepares garnishes and perishables.
• Greets guests courteously.
• Takes and processes drink orders and prepares drinks per recipes.
• Checks IDs and handles cash with accurate charges.
• Keeps bar area clean and organized and secures items and cash.
• Displays bottles attractively and washes stemware.
