Qualifications

• Experience in a fine dining environment with attentive service.
• Strong knowledge of liquors, spirits and cocktails.
• Familiarity with wine lists and pairings.
• Adheres to food safety procedures and standards.
• Clear written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and engage for memorable experiences.
• Create and update the cocktail list for the bar.
• Prepare mise en place and pour drinks for guests and servers.
• Assist with liquor inventory and bar maintenance.
• Open and close the bar; maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Know the menu and wine list to assist guests confidently.
