Job summary

Major Food Group is seeking a Back Server for Dirty French at the Ludlow Hotel in New York, NY. The role supports smooth service in a fast-paced, high-volume French-inspired dining environment on Manhattan's Lower East Side.

Responsibilities include pre-meal tastings, greeting guests, station setup, assisting during service, and maintaining clean tableware and service areas. Benefits listed below; PM shifts and physical requirements are noted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume and fine-dining restaurants preferred but not required
• PM availability required
• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; lift up to 50 lbs
• Team-oriented with positive attitude
• Strong communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Attend daily pre-meal tasting
• Greet guests warmly
• Set up station and tables prior to service
• Assist in clearing and setting tables during service
• Ensure tableware is clean and in place
• Maintain care of serving equipment and areas (front and back of house)
• Communicate positively with service staff
