Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Report to work on time, well-groomed in full uniform, with badge.
• Assist hostess, waiter/waitress and bartender as requested to enhance dining experience.
• Greet guests with water and bread promptly and courteously.
• Proficient in large tray service and balance while carrying trays.
• Maintain hospitable and polite conduct with guests and staff.
• Understand the dining room philosophy and goals of fine dining service.
• Clear and reset tables as required and assist with service flow.
• Attend required trainings and adhere to policies and schedule.
