Seneca Gaming Corporation in Niagara Falls, NY is seeking a Fine Dining Assistant Waiter to provide professional, friendly service to guests in our dining rooms. You will greet guests, assist the dining team, and maintain accuracy and hospitality across courses while balancing heavy tray service.

Ideal candidates bring a friendly, outgoing demeanor, strong communication, and a team-focused mindset. Prior fine dining or guest-service experience is preferred; must be able to stand, walk, and lift

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Previous customer service or fine dining experience preferred.
• Proficient in large tray service.
• Ability to operate equipment such as juicers, cutting boards, soda guns and glass washers.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a professional, friendly and courteous manner.
• Assist hostess, waiter/waitress and bartender as needed to enhance dining.
• Greet guests promptly and replenish water and bread.
• Carry and balance large trays through the dining room.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine lists and daily features.
• Clear and reset tables per protocol and assist with clean-up.
