Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager in a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant.
• Warm and welcoming persona with a hands-on approach and impeccable attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team.
• Passion for hospitality and a good knowledge of food and beverage.

Responsibilities
