Job summary

JKS Restaurants, a London-based group, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a fine dining venue in its Ambassadors Clubhouse NYC LLC portfolio. You will lead the front-of-house team, delivering warm, memorable guest experiences while upholding the highest service standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, Michelin-star background, and a deep passion for hospitality; you will oversee service, recruitment, stock management, and health and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

We're looking for an Assistant General Manager with a fine dining/Michelin Star background and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. As Assistant General Manager, you will be a hands-on, proactive and enthusiastic leader, injecting your personality into your work and inspiring the team to deliver a warm and memorable guest experience. You will continually commit to the highest standards of service and operations, and working closely with the management team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the front of house team, managing financials, recruitment and team development, stock management and health and safety.

As Assistant General Manager, you will be responsible for:
